Top SchoolRaymond Hu is a pragmatic full‑stack engineer and startup CTO with nine years of experience building customer-facing web apps and automation for programmatic CRM workflows. As cofounder and former CTO of Firstly, he led product engineering—shipping front-ends in Webflow/Bubble, SMS survey automation with Twilio, and Zapier/Sheets data integrations—while owning tech stack and data storage decisions. He brings strong React and Node/Express skills, a focus on reusable components and Redux-driven state, and a habit of improving stability through testing and secure auth patterns (JWTs, bcrypt). Based in San Francisco, Raymond pairs hands‑on implementation with product-minded systems thinking, favoring practical, low-friction tooling to accelerate impact. An under-the-radar strength is his ability to translate nontechnical program needs into automated survey and data flows that drive adoption.
