Senior🎓
Top SchoolRaymond Wiker is a Principal Analyst with over 14 years of experience building search-heavy, data-intensive systems for energy-sector supercomputing and simulation workflows. He combines deep systems-level C/C++ and Unix expertise with higher-level work in Common Lisp, Python and JavaScript to deliver custom search architectures using FAST ESP, SolrCloud and Elasticsearch. At Equinor he led development of a management system for large-scale simulation artifacts and web clients for computer vision outputs, including back-end APIs and metadata-rich search. His background includes writing connector toolkits, custom document processors and a Common Lisp support library—skills that reveal a strong bent for plumbing complex integrations rather than just UI polish. Based in Rogaland, Norway, he brings a steady, practical approach to migrating and integrating legacy search platforms into modern stacks.
