Senior🎓
Top SchoolRazvan Gherghina is a pragmatic technology leader and CEO with over 20 years of hands-on experience turning ambitious architectures into production reality. He has a proven record scaling monoliths into microservices, building GraphQL APIs that handle millions of requests, and leading engineering teams from prototype to enterprise deployment. Comfortable in early-stage chaos, he combines systems thinking and a functional programming mindset to make architecture decisions that minimize technical debt and accelerate product-market fit. As Head of Innovation and former Head of Engineering at TIMIFY he drove platform redesigns, subscription service reworks and a developer ecosystem that tripled app growth. He’s now exploring “Consciousness Architecture”—practical infrastructure for human-AI collaboration—bringing a rare mix of operational rigor and forward-looking research. Based in Munich with dual technical and business masters, he marries engineering depth with strategic product insight.
