Senior🎓
Top SchoolReagan Charana is a Senior Software Engineer based in Kenya with eight years of experience building scalable, transaction-heavy systems and user-facing platforms. Comfortable across Golang and TypeScript, he has led architecture and implementation for high-concurrency payment systems, multi-tenant conversational platforms, and domain-catching backends that required custom TLS and protocol work. At Elewa and Goodless he combines hands-on coding with technical leadership and mentorship, driving delivery for European clients while enforcing strong global code quality standards. He has a practical DevOps background and a Business Information Technology degree, which helps him bridge product, operations and engineering trade-offs. Notably, he has shipped systems that handle thousands of concurrent transactions with minimal downtime and designed no-code tooling to empower non-technical users to build sophisticated chatbots.
