Top SchoolRebecca Alpert is a Senior Software Engineer with a decade of front-end experience specializing in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and PatternFly-driven design systems. At Red Hat she has led internationalization efforts for OpenShift, built CI/CD and security checks into product pipelines, and currently maintains an open-source chatbot library for PatternFly. Her work spans open-source contributions to the widely used OpenShift console UI, UX-driven component design, and pragmatic engineering such as setting up GitLab runners and containerized builds. She’s presented workshops and written about PatternFly and i18n, and won a collaboration award for shipping OpenShift localization—evidence of both technical depth and cross-team influence. Based in Merrimac, MA, she brings a UX-minded approach to front-end architecture and a track record of turning design intent into well-tested, production-ready interfaces.
