Top SchoolRebecca Jacobsen is a pragmatic software developer with 10 years of experience building web and payment systems, currently implementing microservice integrations and Azure deployments for Banfield Pet Hospital. She blends strong stakeholder communication—regularly visiting customers and translating on-site use cases— with hands-on engineering in C#, MVC, TypeScript, SQL Server, and cloud-hosted services. Rebecca has a track record of quickly mastering new platforms (notably becoming an effective Drupal developer early at ThinkShout) and shipping features that meet diverse user, marketing, and operational needs. Her background pairs a BS in Computer Science with an MPA and regional planning certificate, giving her uncommon domain fluency in public-sector and nonprofit contexts. Known for facilitating agile practices and retrospectives, she excels at turning complex requirements into well-documented, testable releases.
