Senior🎓
Top SchoolReda Jaifar is a lead developer based in France with over 10 years of experience designing and delivering cloud-native, test-driven systems for enterprise clients across healthcare, aerospace, luxury retail, and transportation. He blends hands-on microservices and platform engineering with product-oriented responsibilities—roadmapping, cost definition, and KPIs—while championing Clean Architecture, CI/CD, security, and observability. At Cartier and Thales he led teams, mentoring engineers and formalizing practices like TDD/BDD, design systems, and architecture decision records; he now applies that playbook at SNCF Connect & Tech. Technically fluent from Java and Python to cloud deployments and monitoring, he has a pragmatic focus on shipping reliable, maintainable software and making engineering processes auditable and repeatable.
