Top SchoolReda Kerouicha is a software developer with nine years of experience building high-performance, production-grade systems, currently based in Beijing. He designed and maintains a national-scale climate monitoring platform that handles 5,000 devices, 1 million daily queries, and an async C++ server supporting up to 50k concurrent sockets. His background spans embedded data collection, signal/image processing and deep learning, VoIP and media transcoding, and blockchain-based copyright systems, reflecting a rare mix of systems, networking and applied ML skills. Strong in modern C++, Python, relational databases and secure cryptography, he pairs low-level performance engineering with web-facing features such as WebSocket-driven dashboards. He holds advanced degrees from Oran University of Science and Technology, including PhD-level study, and has delivered resilient, scalable solutions across government and private sectors. Notably, he combines algorithmic signal processing on edge devices with large-scale backend engineering—bridging device software to national monitoring infrastructure.
