Top SchoolReda Majid is a data engineer with seven years of experience specializing in Snowflake, DBT and Data Vault architectures, currently delivering data unification and automated datamarts for Hermès in Paris. He designs end-to-end ingestion pipelines (Snowpipe, CDC), implements Raw/Business Vault layers and Point-in-Time models to make large ERP datasets reliable and query-efficient. Comfortable across the stack, he couples CI/CD-driven deployments (GitLab, OpCon) with Power BI semantic modeling and advanced security controls (row access, masking, secure views). His background spans BI, ETL and application support at organisations like Talan, Atos and Dassault, giving him strong product-focused delivery and user-support instincts. Notably, he automates historisation with Jinja macros and has led migrations from tabular cubes to cloud-native Power BI datasets, blending data engineering rigor with analytics usability. Based in Île-de-France, he brings a mix of technical depth and pragmatic stakeholder facilitation born from cross-sector projects in luxury, public sector and enterprise software.
