Top SchoolRedmen Ishab is a versatile technology leader with 10 years of engineering experience, currently serving as VP of IT and Communication for Nepal Music Festival where he oversees infrastructure, ticketing platforms, apps, and cybersecurity for large events. He combines deep system design and cloud expertise (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD) with hands-on full-stack development in JS, Go, Elixir, and C#, driving a 40% server performance improvement through database optimization. As a former startup CTO and senior engineer at Leapfrog, he blends product-minded decision making and security-first engineering with strong mentorship and stakeholder communication. He’s taught university courses and bootcamps, which sharpened his ability to translate technical complexity into practical training and team growth. Unusually for a leader, he learned the hard lesson that soft skills—prioritization, clear communication, and vendor/client management—are what turn technical vision into repeatable outcomes.
