He has led multiple teams—owning core cloud systems, energy division projects, and a surveying tooling platform—while fostering knowledge sharing as a meetup co-organiser and internal speaker. Reiss combines hands-on engineering with team leadership, moving from senior technical roles at CoreLogic UK to delivery-focused engineering at BJSS and now CGI. His background in Business Information Technology (1st Class BSc) and early hands-on product testing roles give him a practical appreciation for quality and user-focused requirements. Known for translating complex requirements into maintainable systems, he brings a pragmatic, delivery-first mindset to large-scale engineering challenges.
