Top SchoolRelk Li is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer based in New Taipei, Taiwan, with nine years of experience and over five focused on SRE, DevOps, and network engineering. He has repeatedly improved system stability and performance—reducing Kubernetes node startup from 2 minutes to 30 seconds, cutting MTTR by 75%, and raising service availability from 99% to 99.95% through monitoring, GitOps, and cloud-native architectures. Relk blends low-level networking expertise (Juniper/Cisco, Palo Alto, F5) with hands-on cloud automation using Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, Prometheus/Grafana, and Cilium, and has contributed a bug fix to the Amazon VPC CNI upstream. He’s experienced with blockchain node observability and service discovery integrations and has a practical bent for tooling—automating repetitive builds and CI pipelines to dramatically shorten delivery times. Notably, he pairs operational rigor with curiosity for digging into root causes of network resets and timeouts, turning postmortems into concrete system improvements.
