Senior🎓
Top SchoolRémy Baudet is a senior engineering leader with 18 years of hands-on experience building cloud-native, mobile-first and IoT systems, now leading engineering at Very Good Ventures from Boston. He has repeatedly taken products from 0 to 1—growing teams to 40 engineers and defining architectures across Flutter mobile apps, microservices, and Azure/GCP backends in regulated healthcare and consumer IoT domains. Known for blending technical depth (C#, .NET, Flutter, Azure, IoT) with organizational design—applying Team Topologies and the “inverse Conway maneuver”—he creates high-performing teams and reproducible delivery pipelines. His background ranges from embedded and real-time systems to AI/ML-enabled mobile prototypes and device-to-cloud platforms, giving him a rare cross-domain perspective. He also brings formal executive training from MIT Sloan, pairing strategic insight with pragmatic engineering execution.
