Senior🎓
Top SchoolRemy Gardien is a pragmatic technology leader and CTO with 11+ years of experience building web and streaming products, currently leading product and engineering at WebinarGeek from Rotterdam. He combines hands-on Ruby on Rails development and WebRTC streaming architecture with backlog, roadmap and release ownership, managing a distributed RoR team to keep webinar software easy-to-use and reliable. His career spans product ownership and technical project coordination for large cultural and enterprise platforms (Europeana, Republic M!), blending agile delivery, security management and operational tooling. Remy also runs long-standing community and experimental projects like U2start, using them as a playground for modern web techniques and user-focused features. He’s as comfortable shipping backend systems and hosting automation as he is coordinating cross-team roadmaps and stakeholder demos, with a consistent focus on practical, customer-facing outcomes.
