Senior🎓
Top SchoolRenan Schmitt is a front-end developer and product-minded designer with 8 years of experience building user-centered web apps and design systems across startups, NGOs and enterprise clients. As founder of Awenix Studio he runs end-to-end projects from discovery and usability research to React implementations, and has led design-system and token initiatives that improved consistency and delivery speed. His background in UX/UI, agile practices and fullstack work (Node.js, React, occasional C# and PHP) lets him bridge product, design and engineering effectively. He also teaches and mediates complex user needs at UNIASSELVI, bringing empathy and clear communication to conflict resolution and stakeholder alignment. Known for turning complexity into clarity, he combines hands-on prototyping in Figma with practical deployment experience on AWS. Based in Santa Catarina, Brazil, he pairs consultancy rigor with a founder’s bias for experimentation and measurable outcomes.
