Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolRenann Prado is a pragmatic tech lead and backend engineer with 12+ years of experience building and stabilizing cloud-native systems across regulated finance and e-commerce industries from Berlin. He combines hands-on development—working with Java/Kotlin, Keycloak, Kubernetes, Kafka and AWS—with team leadership, having led platform and product teams that elevated developer productivity, observability and deployment automation. Renann has a track record of simplifying complex architectures (e.g., consolidating many microservices into maintainable units) and driving migrations and standardization at scale. He balances mentoring and people management with deep technical involvement, often splitting time between coding and architectural strategy. Comfortable in consulting and in-house roles across multiple countries, he favors pragmatic, extensible designs inspired by “make simple things simple, complex things possible.”
