Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRenaud Tertrais is a Senior Software Engineer with 12 years of experience specializing in front-end engineering, currently building product at Atlassian from Pau, France. He blends an eye for design with deep JavaScript and CSS architecture skills—having published an open-source React UI library (@beqom/alto-ui) and rebuilt complex UIs to improve maintainability and accessibility for clients like Nespresso. Comfortable leading teams, he has run Scrum, organized workshops, and balanced hands-on coding with managerial responsibilities to ship MVPs under tight deadlines. His background spans startups to enterprise, including real-time interfaces for BestMile and early agency work that sharpened his end-to-end product sense. Notably, he combines designer sensibilities with engineering rigor, often treating CSS as an architectural concern rather than an afterthought.
