Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRenault Lecoultre is an engineering leader and repeat entrepreneur with 14+ years building SaaS and observability products, now managing engineering at Datadog after leadership roles at AppDynamics. He co-founded and served as CTO of BugBuster, raising $2M and commercializing research-grade record/replay and automated web testing before its acquisition by AppDynamics. Renault bridges deep research experience from EPFL with product and R&D roles at Cisco, combining technical rigor in program analysis and monitoring with hands-on delivery of production-grade systems. He has repeatedly scaled teams and products across synthetic, browser, mobile real-user, and IoT monitoring domains, with a strong track record in taking research prototypes to market. Based in Lausanne, he brings a pragmatic founder’s mindset to large-product execution and technical due diligence, often blending strategy, fundraising, and engineering day-to-day.
