Top SchoolRené Abdallah is a Technical Project Manager and former software engineer with 10 years of experience building data-driven web platforms and backend architectures across Java, Scala, Python and JavaScript. Trained at Ecole Centrale Paris, he has led full-stack development and technical delivery for public-sector digitization and U.S. market-research products, with hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, AWS Lambda, and CI/CD. He combines technical leadership—acting as scrum master and requirement author—with deep implementation skills, from designing semantic search and multi-threaded crawlers to extracting microservices and cloud infrastructure automation. René has driven training programs and curriculum modernization for large cohorts, demonstrating an unusual blend of mentoring, program management and stakeholder coordination with corporate partners. Comfortable switching between code and coordination, he’s known for turning complex data and ML-adjacent problems into production-ready services and repeatable team processes. Based in Beirut, he brings a pragmatic, systems-oriented approach informed by both startup and NGO-scale operational experience.
