Top SchoolRené Marroquín is a seasoned IT and operations leader with roughly two decades of cross-disciplinary experience spanning infrastructure, networking, telecoms, security, and industrial maintenance. As Regional Manager of Grupo MyR and founder partner at Globals Solutions El Salvador, he combines hands-on technical expertise—firewalls, structured cabling, regulated electrical distribution—and ITIL-aligned service delivery with entrepreneurial management of multiservice industrial and technology businesses. His career includes senior roles in banking, education, and large enterprises where he built and led support, operations and infrastructure teams, and since 2021 has focused fully on growing his own companies. Trained in systems engineering and project monitoring, he also brings certified leadership and coaching skills from the John Maxwell organization, underscoring a pragmatic focus on people development alongside technical solutions. An often-overlooked strength is his long history in public utilities and industrial environments, which gives him a rare appreciation for reliability and safety in mission-critical systems.
