Senior🎓
Top SchoolRené Reineke is a Jira and R&D workflow consultant with 11 years of experience optimizing product development and digital commerce for life sciences, healthcare, and consumer goods. He combines hands-on implementation (Jira, Confluence, CI/CD automation) with strategic product leadership, having driven rapid turnarounds like tripling mobile conversion and doubling eCommerce revenue in prior roles. Comfortable at the intersection of product, tech, and exec, René has led and coached teams up to 20 people, rolled out SAFe globally, and migrated complex systems with zero downtime. He’s equally at home building MVPs and automations as he is training hundreds of users on agile practices, bringing a pragmatic, data-informed decision style tempered by strong customer empathy. An entrepreneurial technologist who once bootstrapped and open-sourced a startup Wi‑Fi product, he now focuses on making R&D tooling a true productivity lever for scientists and product teams. Based in Vienna, he also pursues analytics-driven interests in finance and crypto and hikes the lesser-known Alpine routes when not optimizing workflows.
