Top SchoolRené Schwarz is an experienced systems engineer and proprietor with over a decade focused on Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) for space systems and 14 years in professional engineering roles. He blends hands-on embedded C/C++ and real-time MiL/SiL/PiL/HiL simulation expertise with leadership of interdisciplinary, multinational teams and program-level responsibility for budget, schedule, and verification. At DLR he led a research group delivering safety- and mission-critical avionics, tailoring civil and military standards and managing hundreds of procurement and tendering processes. René also runs his own engineering and IT services businesses while contributing to networked soldier systems development at Rheinmetall, reflecting a rare mix of research, product realization, and operational IT experience. He holds an M.Eng. in Information Technology and Communication Systems (AI specialty), a B.Eng. in Mechatronics, and an LL.B., underscoring a cross-disciplinary grasp of technical, legal, and managerial domains.
