Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRenjith R is an experienced backend engineer and systems architect with 11 years building high-throughput, production-grade services across startups and scale-ups from Bengaluru. He has repeatedly led monolith-to-microservice transformations, designed real-time order and tracking systems, and optimized database performance to materially improve responsiveness and reliability. Comfortable across Python, Go and Node.js, he couples hands-on implementation (auth, messaging, WMS, chat) with cloud-native deployments on AWS/GCP. As an early engineer at multiple ventures including Dunzo and DocsTribe AI, he blends product-driven execution with deep technical ownership and operational day-to-day. Notably, he moves between strategic architecture and writing the core code himself—often owning systems end-to-end during critical scaling phases.
