Top SchoolRentaro Matsukata is a DevOps engineer with 12 years of experience building infrastructure automation and full‑stack platforms that make complex workflows accessible to non‑experts. Currently at Carvana, he focuses on empowering teams with self‑service container and cloud platforms—continuing work he led at Capital One where he shipped GPU-backed deep learning environments and developer-friendly container tooling. As co-founder and VP of Engineering at Cybernetex.ai he combined interactive data visualizations with reinforcement‑learning agents to help cyber analysts detect threats, illustrating a rare blend of ML, product design, and hands‑on engineering. Trained as an electrical and computer engineer at Carnegie Mellon, he brings systems thinking from RF and avionics research to modern cloud and CI/CD stacks. Colleagues know him for turning painful manual processes into intuitive platforms and for mentoring junior engineers to quickly become productive in complex cloud environments.
