Summary
🤩
Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolReto Heusser is a pragmatic engineering leader and mentor with nine years of hands-on experience building and modernizing web platforms, currently leading engineering at Digitec Galaxus in Zurich. He combines deep frontend expertise in TypeScript, Vue and component-driven architectures with back-end microservices, Kubernetes deployments and observability practices. At Starmind he drove frontend modernization, security hardening and the rollout of containerized services while coaching engineers toward senior roles. Beyond day job responsibilities he pursues advanced reverse engineering and web-security work—experimenting with undocumented APIs and automating social-app workflows—which informs a practical, adversarial approach to secure design. He has a track record of translating product needs into deliverable engineering plans and balancing code quality, UX consistency and operational readiness. Collected military CNO experience and continuous vulnerability hunting give him an uncommon combination of offensive security insight and production-focused engineering discipline.
