He blends full-stack development, UX design, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) with operational and product strategy, gained from roles as a founder, CTO, and senior manager of eCommerce. Rex has a proven track record building and improving digital studios and agencies, leading teams to deliver robust, conversion-focused solutions and measurable business impact. Comfortable moving between code, design, and business conversations, he focuses on practical, test-driven improvements like A/B testing and analytics to boost customer outcomes.
