Senior🎓
Top SchoolReza Etezal is a Senior Software Engineer II with eight years of hands-on experience automating CI/CD, infrastructure, and release workflows across cloud-native and mobile platforms. Currently at Homebase, he brings deep DevOps and SRE expertise from roles managing Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud infra at companies like OPENLANE and Alida, plus mobile CI/CD work for OptOut Media Foundation. He has a track record of modernizing legacy systems—rewriting alerting platforms, automating AMI updates, and migrating Terraform across major versions—while keeping production reliability through on-call rotations and telemetry consolidation. Comfortable across Windows and Linux ecosystems, he pairs systems-level tooling with scripting (Python, PowerShell) to deliver repeatable, auditable processes. Based in Old Toronto, Reza combines a BA in Political Science and History with technical certifications and hands-on consulting experience, giving him a pragmatic, stakeholder-focused approach to solving infrastructure challenges.
