Senior🎓
Top SchoolReza Rahman is a Senior Product Designer with 11 years of experience building design systems and consumer products across startups and large companies in Southeast Asia and Europe, currently shaping product at The Economist. He has a track record of turning chaotic product spaces into scalable design ecosystems—establishing company-wide systems at Bukalapak and ShopBack, cutting component backlogs by 70% at Futurehome, and speeding handoffs with automation tools and Figma plugins. Reza blends product thinking and engineering fluency (ElectronJS, JavaScript, Figma API) to ship measurable business outcomes like millions of user acquisitions, 25% lifts in engagement, and faster development cycles. He’s pragmatic about experimentation—designing a digital bank, QR payments, gamification and NFT rewards—and has prototyped AI tools that generate UI and critique designs using GPT-4o. Based in Indonesia, he excels at scaling teams and tooling as much as crafting polished experiences, often solving platform-level problems that quietly unlock product velocity.
