Top SchoolRhett Glauser is a go-to-market executive with 25+ years driving growth for enterprise cybersecurity and infrastructure software, having played pivotal marketing roles at two IPOs and three acquisitions including Vulcan Cyber→Tenable and SaltStack→VMware. He builds high-impact, resourceful marketing engines—combining product marketing, brand, demand generation, analyst/media relations, and community evangelism—to accelerate revenue and adoption in cloud security, DevOps, and vulnerability management markets. Known for joining early-stage teams and scaling them into category leaders, Rhett helped create SaltConf and led guerrilla community programs that turned open source projects into major enterprise franchises. He pairs hands-on execution with strategic narrative and analytics, and prefers rolling up his sleeves across every marketing function rather than delegating from the corner office. Based in Salt Lake City, he brings a communicator’s background and a track record of converting technical products into trusted enterprise brands.
