Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRhony Siagian is a Lead/Senior Mobile Engineer with 12 years of experience building performant, secure mobile products and leading cross-functional teams across Southeast Asia. He specializes in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose and Compose Multiplatform, driving migrations from React Native to native stacks while maintaining delivery velocity and reducing technical debt. Rhony combines hands‑on app security expertise (OWASP MAS, Frida, MobSF) with practical performance engineering—he’s repeatedly cut memory leaks and fraud vectors by large margins in production apps. He also embeds AI-augmented tooling into developer workflows (Gemini CLI, Copilot, Ollama via JetBrains ACP) to speed architecture decisions and complex debugging. Comfortable working hybrid or remote from Banten (UTC+7), he’s retained as a part-time lead to complete Compose Multiplatform migrations and has a track record of turning short contracts into long-term platform stability. Notably, he pairs product-minded development (feature revamps, deferred deep links, analytics) with recruitment and team-building to scale engineering organizations.
