Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolRhys Evans is an operations and programs leader with a decade of experience translating business intelligence, process improvement and ICT into measurable operational gains across not-for-profit and private sectors. Based in Melbourne, he has led projects from Coupa system architecture and Dynamics 365 integrations to enterprise service desk modernisation, saving hundreds of staff hours through automation and bulk invoice tooling. Equally at home with stakeholder and vendor management as with Power BI dashboards and RACI information governance, he blends strategic planning with hands-on technical delivery. Rhys has progressed from digital communications and CRM uplift roles into senior operational leadership, bringing a rare mix of communications, psychology and technical certifications (including Strategic AI and ITIL) to change programs. He’s known for asking “how can we improve this?” and turning that curiosity into pragmatic, futureproofed solutions that reduce friction for large user bases. Colleagues describe him as a pragmatic systems thinker who prioritises durable processes over quick fixes.
