Senior🎓
Top SchoolRiad Djemili is a Berlin-based entrepreneur and technical leader with 14 years of experience building games and developer tools, currently co-founding and leading Codecks, a project-management and community platform for game developers. He brings deep hands-on engineering expertise from AAA game development—AI, animation, gameplay, multiplayer and Unreal/C++—combined with a track record of founding multiple studios and tech ventures (Maschinen-Mensch, Saftladen). Riad blends product intuition with engineering pragmatism, having served as scrum-master and employee representative on high-profile titles like Spec Ops: The Line and Dead Island 2. He also teaches and mentors, having lectured on 3D animation for game design, which underlines his ability to translate complex technical topics into practical learning. This mix of studio leadership, veteran game-engine competence, and community-focused tooling makes him adept at turning developer pain points into shipped products.
