Senior🎓
Top SchoolRicardo Garcia is a seasoned engineering leader and founder with 11 years of experience building product- and AI-driven platforms across AdTech, PropTech, and consumer web. He blends hands-on development with strategic leadership—solo-building an AI-native Shopify app and MCP server, while as CTO and VP he scaled teams and products from prototype to platforms handling tens of millions in transactions. At Google/YouTube Ads he led developer tools efforts that combined low-level C++ work with multi-year strategic roadmaps to improve developer velocity and UI quality. He routinely ships AI-first tooling (RAG agents, Claude Code integrations) that accelerates teams—once doubling PR throughput via AI-assisted processes—and coaches engineers through promotions and cross-team alignment. Based in Los Angeles, he favors 0→1 product building and operational scaling, and brings an uncommon mix of product instinct, systems design, and practical AI application to internal workflows.
