Senior🎓
Top SchoolRicardo Gonçalves is a Senior Staff Software Engineer with 11 years of experience building data-driven platforms and leading engineering teams from Brazil’s Paraíba. He specializes in scalable data pipelines and orchestration (Dagster, dbt, Iceberg on AWS) that power AI-driven go-to-market intelligence, having cut ICP discovery costs and timelines dramatically while improving campaign conversion and developer experience with AI agents. Previously he scaled a data-broker platform from millions to tens of millions of indexed users, led mobile-to-cloud product transitions (Flutter, Kotlin, Swift) and designed a low-cost blockchain-backed registry for secure data licensing. A seasoned founder, instructor and hiring leader, he blends hands-on backend and infra expertise with product-minded leadership and a rare background spanning physics, business and adult education. Notably, he applies pedagogical methods in team development and has repeatedly turned complex research-like problems into production-grade, revenue-generating systems.
