Senior🎓
Top SchoolRicardo Nogueira is a Senior Platform Engineer with a decade of experience designing and operating enterprise-scale AWS and hybrid cloud platforms, specializing in Kubernetes, serverless, and automated CI/CD. He combines a software development background with cloud architecture to build standardized, modular guardrails that enable autonomous, cross-functional teams to own their infrastructure. At Vodafone, CGD and NOS he led public and private cloud adoption, multi-cluster service mesh and IaC strategies, driving observability, security and cost controls across complex environments. Currently at Kaluza and acting as an angel investor in a regulated Portuguese VC-DAO, he’s motivated by rapidly evolving products and pragmatic automation. He champions “you build it, you run it” ownership, keeps most IaC close to application teams, and favors break-glass controls—an approach that blends developer self-service with operational resilience.
