Ricardo Santos
Summary
👤
SeniorRicardo Santos is a serial founder and operator with nine years of hands-on startup experience and a broader 15+ year track record launching and scaling digital products across Europe, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. As Co-Founder of CareerGenie and founder of Nauva, he blends AI-driven hiring workflows and product-led growth to help startups hire faster and build borderless workforces. Previously he bootstrapped PouchNATION to profitability within seven months, scaled it across 10+ countries, and led product, growth and performance marketing teams that delivered rapid revenue and transaction volume growth. He combines technical training in informatics and an MSc focused on business analytics, ML and AI with practical growth execution—moving from hands-on product development to investor and partner relations. Known for pragmatic experimentation, Ricardo often uses data-driven funnels and voice-interview automation to convert hiring signals into outcomes. Outside the obvious metrics, he’s equally comfortable architecting go-to-market playbooks as he is diving into ML-driven product features.
