Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRicardo Santos is a seasoned senior iOS developer and team leader based in Lisbon with over a decade of experience delivering production-grade mobile apps for enterprises and consumer brands. He has led iOS teams through full lifecycle launches—most recently at Excell Communications and previously delivering the Hello Smart and moey! apps—steering architecture, CI/CD, code quality, and sprint execution using Swift, UIKit/SwiftUI, MVVM+TCA and strong testing practices. Comfortable both as a hands-on engineer and a manager, he institutionalizes best practices like SwiftLint/SwiftFormat, automated tests and reproducible builds across distributed teams. A pragmatic tinkerer and frequent solo-builder, he still ships 15-day hobby apps to explore new ideas and technologies. His guiding principle—“every line of code represents an ethical and moral decision”—reflects a thoughtful approach to design and maintainability.
