Top SchoolRiccardo Cambiassi is a founder and fractional CTO based in London with 13 years of experience helping startups turn user-centric ideas into scalable, high-performance systems. He blends hands-on architecture and engineering leadership—reducing cloud costs by 65%, shipping an award-winning web platform, and building lidar-driven immersive retail experiences—with a focus on product viability and team capability. His background spans data platforms, distributed architectures, ML/AI, and accessibility across fintech, healthtech, B2B SaaS and consumer apps, and he routinely tackles technical debt, scaling, and prototyping engagements. As co-founder of 100Starlings, he emphasizes documenting tradeoffs and coaching engineers so organizations no longer depend on him, not merely on the solutions he delivers. An oboist-trained musician by education, he brings a creative, human-centred perspective to technical problem-solving.
