Top SchoolRiccardo Pinosio is a cofounder and Head of R&D who blends a PhD in logic with 11 years of hands-on ML and AI engineering to build production-grade knowledge graphs and NLP pipelines that turn messy enterprise data into actionable assets. He leads Alchemia, a platform deployed at major financial institutions, where he architects high-throughput Golang services integrating LLM/SLM inference, ONNX runtime bindings, and graph embeddings for entity resolution and schema fusion. His background spans fintech, retail, logistics and pharma, and he pairs academic rigor—teaching and supervising at universities—with product-focused MLOps, CI/CD and cloud deployment experience. Notably, he frames AI innovation as creating defensible moats and measurable ROI rather than one-off prompt engineering, and contributes open-source work that ties research-grade models to production systems.
