Senior🎓
Top SchoolRich Horace is a Principal infrastructure and DevOps leader with 20+ years of hands-on experience building and operating high-scale, multi-region systems, and 11 years in senior roles driving reliability and automation. He’s repeatedly been the first DevOps hire, architecting observability, IaC, and blue/green deployment pipelines that supported billions of daily transactions across advertising and media platforms. At companies from MySpace and Fox to Nativo and Edlio he led cross-functional teams to cut costs, improve uptime, and deliver self-serve deployment capabilities for product teams. Based in Los Angeles, he also organizes one of the most active Elastic Stack user groups, blending deep technical craft with community leadership. Not obvious from titles alone: he has a track record of converting operational silos into data-driven DevOps and SRE practices that scale with the business.
