Top SchoolRichard Archambault is a strategic technology and security leader with 8+ years in senior roles and a two-decade track record driving digital transformation, M&A integrations, and large-scale cloud and security programs across public and private sectors. As Chief Information Security Officer for Arlington County and former VP of Technology at Deluxe Australia, he blends business-focused P&L management, product roadmapping, and information security governance with hands-on delivery of resilient infrastructure and SaaS offerings. He has built and led multidisciplinary teams through virtual/hybrid cloud transitions, service model overhauls, and cost optimization while negotiating complex vendor and service agreements. A citizen of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation with additional citizenships in the U.S. and Australia (and NZ work eligibility), he brings a global perspective and a talent-first approach to culture change and retention. Notably, his background spans both technical product engineering—developing high‑performance digital media solutions—and executive security leadership, giving him a rare blend of delivery-oriented engineering empathy and governance rigor.
