Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolRichard Braamburg is a hands-on Technical Consultant and former Technical Solutions Engineering Manager with ~6–8 years of experience troubleshooting, triaging outages, and driving product improvements at cloud monitoring and health-tech companies. He specializes in deep codebase forensics—logs, API interactions and SQL—to rapidly establish root causes and push pragmatic fixes, while building scripts and internal tools in Python and TypeScript to automate recurring work. As Headway’s first Technical Solutions Engineer turned manager, he created the function, scaled the team, and mentored peers to translate complex technical issues for non‑technical stakeholders. Comfortable operating between customers, product and engineering, he’s led incident response, security mitigation, and initiatives that enable cross‑functional self‑service. Colleagues rely on him for clear, well-documented technical education and durable guardrails that reduce escalations and empower teams. An early-career mix of logistics and customer-facing roles explains his appetite for process improvement and stakeholder-first solutions.
