Top SchoolRichard Carter is a UC Technical Project Lead with a decade of hands-on experience streamlining VoIP deployments and building custom tooling at Clemson University. He specializes in automating Cisco UC workflows—developing Python integrations using AXL, RisPort, and IPPhone XML—to reduce manual provisioning and accelerate large-scale phone rollouts. Comfortable bridging customer consultation, physical deployment coordination, and backend development, he’s increasingly focused on backend and DevOps solutions to improve operational efficiency. An early-start IT generalist who progressed from student technician to technical lead, he pairs practical systems knowledge (SIP, CUC, CUCM) with a hacker mindset—“just lookin’ to make shit work”—and is pursuing CCNA-level expertise to deepen his networking chops.
