Summary
🎓
Top SchoolRichard Cuffee is a Senior Software Engineer with five years of experience building resilient full-stack systems and agentic AI workflows, currently architecting scalable infrastructure and EVM-based project management tools at V2X after a continuous tenure through multiple acquisitions. A former U.S. Army squad leader, he brings disciplined leadership, mission-focused execution, and experience operating under high tempo conditions to complex technical problems. Trained at Hack Reactor and grounded in philosophy from UNLV, he combines analytical rigor with pragmatic engineering—skilled in JavaScript, React, Node, MongoDB, Redis, and Nginx. Now an MA candidate at Boston College exploring theology and the human person, he uniquely bridges questions about identity and ethics with the design of autonomous systems. His work has produced tangible operational improvements (spot-awarded) in reporting efficiency and system availability, reflecting a bias for measurable impact. Colocated in Las Vegas, he favors solutions that keep systems robust across organizational change and scale.
