Top SchoolRichard Jerrido is a Senior Principal Product Manager at Red Hat with 11+ years of enterprise IT and product management experience rooted in deep Linux, networking, and disaster recovery expertise. He has guided product strategy and technical enablement for Red Hat’s management portfolio while architecting mission-critical DR and Business Continuity solutions across defense and healthcare environments. Hands-on systems background—from Oracle RAC and clustered MySQL to Active Directory integration, KVM, and iSCSI—lets him translate complex operational requirements into pragmatic, budget-conscious product decisions. Known for bridging pre-sales, product marketing, and engineering, he’s equally comfortable delivering technical demos as he is defining roadmap priorities. Based in St. Augustine, FL, he balances product leadership with a practical tinkerer’s curiosity—dabbling in Python and still designing resilient infrastructure under real-world constraints.
