Top SchoolRíchard Lucas is a Senior Salesforce Developer based in São Paulo with over seven years of hands-on experience building scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions and custom Apex/LWC components for global clients. He blends strong Salesforce architecture and trigger management with front-end skills in React, Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and is actively expanding into Rust and AI/infosec topics. At Sodexo he helped harden a multi-million-dollar CPQ org and prevent org-breaking issues, and previously led full-project deliveries and automation efforts that reduced setup time by roughly 80%. His background in Unity game development and Python-based data tooling gives him a multidisciplinary approach to problem solving and UX-aware engineering. Beyond work, he builds mobile apps across dozens of devices and pursues AI and information security projects, keeping his craft both practical and exploratory. He thrives in collaborative, transformative teams where elegant code meets measurable business impact.
