Senior🎓
Top SchoolRichard Moe is a Principal Technical Program Manager with 9+ years in senior product and program roles and a multi-decade background in game development, platform integrations, and AI/ML program leadership. He has moved between startups and hyperscale firms—leading Kindle international product strategy at Amazon, building developer ecosystems at Microsoft, and managing AI/ML EPM teams at Apple—bringing both hands-on technical fluency and GTM discipline. Known for building cross-functional bridges, he translates executive strategy into engineering backlogs, launch playbooks, and repeatable international expansion processes. He thrives in ambiguous, high‑impact problems: shipping new product experiences, standing up developer communities, and turning abandoned codebases into OEM-ready releases. Colleagues rely on him for clear communication across executives and individual contributors, and for a pragmatic, improvement-oriented approach that blends curiosity with a taste for winning. Based in the Seattle area with an MBA from UMass Amherst and early roots as a programmer, he pairs product instincts with deep operational rigor.
