Top SchoolRichard Spitz is a Principal Solution Engineer with nine years focused on Microsoft Azure and more than two decades supporting enterprise Microsoft platforms, now based in Mountain View. He architects and demonstrates cloud solutions—spanning VMs, networking, containers, ML, cognitive services, IoT and DevOps/IaC—working closely with ISVs, ITES and manufacturing customers across the US, India and Southeast Asia. At Microsoft he progressed from hands-on support and premier field engineering into senior cloud architecture and technical specialist roles, blending deep operational troubleshooting with strategic POC-driven selling. Colleagues rely on him to translate complex infrastructure needs into practical Azure designs and repeatable deployments, and he has a track record mentoring engineers and enabling large enterprise migrations. Notably, his background in both support engineering and solution architecture gives him an uncommon ability to foresee operational pitfalls during design.
