Top SchoolRichardson Lima is an AI engineering and platform leader with 11 years of experience building cloud-native, secure, and highly reliable systems for banking and fintech. Currently leading AI Engineering at Itaú Intelligence, he designs agentic AI architectures that blend LLMs with deterministic/symbolic approaches and orchestrates multiagent, data-retrieval and state-management protocols for production-grade financial systems. His background spans SRE, DevOps and DataOps—designing internal developer platforms, observability pipelines and self-service toolchains—grounded in deep expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, Golang and AWS. Richardson combines research prototyping with disciplined engineering practices (GitOps, IaC, trunk-based workflows) to move models from lab into auditable, secure operations. He holds an MEng from ITA and a rare mix of hands-on infra and AI leadership that enables him to bridge data science, engineering and compliance in highly regulated environments.
