Top SchoolRick Davies is a pragmatic engineering leader with 15 years of technology experience, currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Digital Stronghold after nearly a decade as CTO at Taylor Stitch. He specializes in eCommerce platforms and DevOps, combining hands-on development with operational rigor to scale reliable online experiences. His background spans product-oriented startups and operational roles—from running dive shop training programs to managing field operations in Fiji—giving him uncommon strength in people-first leadership and real-world problem solving. Rick’s academic foundation in management and psychology informs his focus on team dynamics and pragmatic process improvement.
